SLV golf tournament approaches

The San Lorenzo Valley High School fund raising golf tournament seeks tee sponsorships and donations for the May 16 event at Boulder Creek Golf and Country Club.

Tee sponsorships are $125 and business names will be on tee boxes during the tournament. Donated items and services will be raffled off during the tournament.

SLV is the only high school in the county that does not require athletes to “pay to play,” and the tournament is a major fundraiser toward this goal.

Foursomes are encouraged to register for the tournament. Cost is $90 per golfer and includes green fee, cart, drink tickets, BBQ tri-tip, chicken, sides and desert. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, April 30.
