2:05 a.m.: A man was arrested on the 100 block of El Sereno Drive in Scotts Valley and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail after deputies found a felony warrant for his arrest.
3:07 a.m.: A man and three women were arrested at the intersection of El Solyo Heights and Highway 9 in Felton, where deputies stopped a vehicle and determined that all four occupants were drunk. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, and the three passengers were arrested for public drunkenness. One was also arrested on charges of resisting arrest. When the three were in custody, one of the passengers was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
9:52 p.m.: A man was arrested by deputies at the intersection of Roberts and Love Creek roads in Ben Lomond for being drunk in public.
Midnight: A woman was arrested on the 6200 block of Graham Hill Road in Felton, near the Covered Bridge Park, when deputies found her fighting with another person in the middle of the road. The woman was arrested for public drunkenness and taken to county jail. The other person was cited for fighting and released.
Midnight: Deputies detained a woman at the intersection of Mount Hermon and Graham Hill roads in Felton when they saw her with an open container of alcohol. The deputies determined that she was not drunk, but they arrested her when they discovered that she had a warrant out for her arrest.
Scotts Valley Police Department
9:44 p.m.: A resident of Blue Bonnet Lane reported that a man was stealing items from a nearby construction site. The man was gone when officers arrived.
1:04 a.m.: Workers at a fast food restaurant on the north end of Scotts Valley Drive reported that two young men, about 18 years of age, stole chairs from inside the business and carried them on foot over the Granite Creek Road overpass.
12:47 p.m.: A wallet was reported missing by a man who claimed he forgot it on the counter of a convenience store on Hacienda Drove after buying a candy bar the previous afternoon. The clerk advised him to contact police when the wallet was not there the next day.
4:08 p.m.: Officers made a report about graffiti at a business on the 6000 block of Scotts Valley Drive.
2:19 p.m.: A woman reported that her vehicle had been struck by another vehicle during the night while it was parked outside a business on the 5000 block of Scotts Valley Drive.
